Compilation Services

Our compilation service include statements of Revenues and Expenses, as well as Assets, Liabilities, and Equity with a standard compilation report suitable for internal or external use. This service is tailored to each client's needs and can include bank reconciliations, sales tax filing, workers' compensation reporting, the annual business tax return, a significant discount on owners' or members' income tax returns, or any other desired services. Compilations are done monthly or quarterly depending upon the complexity of the business and the needs of the client. As part of the compilation process, we monitor the financial statements for cost saving opportunities, and make recommendations as needed for internal controls, business and record keeping policies, etc.

We provide compilations for businesses with annual gross receipts from about $175,000 to more than $4 million. For our multi-divisional clients, we provide divisional as well as consolidated financial statements.

Our fees are determined after reviewing the client's business complexity and required level of service. Fees for compilations are generally an agreed upon flat fixed fee per month and include a reasonable amount of communication with our clients each month. We like to stay informed and be of assistance to our clients on a continual basis.
